NX-WJ series micro-crystalline ink is used in the micro-crystalline glass sintering process, the chemical acid resistance has passed the acid resistance test, in the wide expansion coefficient of good matching, can better ensure the stability of the process.

2. Application of information

NX-WJ series is a kind of micro-crystalline glass glaze, this product can be adapted to 680℃~730℃molding process, excellent expansion coefficient matching, good acid resistance, scratch resistance.

NX-WJ is a stable inorganic color material, lead-free and cadmium-free glass system.

3. Technical data

Note: (1). The solvent (carrier) used may affect the performance and working window of the junction product;

(2). Data are presented according to ASTSMC724-91;

(3). No color change was observed on the glass non-printed surface after the evaluation test.

NX-61-61 Pine Oil

NX-62-62 is the hydrophilic oil

Solvent glaze: recommended wet film thickness of 20~25um, glaze and storage recommendations can be provided as required.

5 KG, 10 KG plastic buckets.
